I authored VBA macros and Python scripts to automize different stages of the ETL process. I leveraged JavaScript to develop mobile-friendly dashboards.

At CML, I transformed daily operations.

Next, I joined Shifkey, LLC, a SaaS shift marketplace, supporting Operations and Product provider experience initiatives.

I shadowed and hosted workshops to gather requirements for user stories and acceptance criteria.

I used SQL to query a Snowflake database and analyze data.I applied Lead methodologies to analyze processes.My provider validation process analysis improved the process and reduced costs by 30%.

I developed Looker and Hex dashboards to make data-driven decisions. My Vendor Reconciliation dashboard eliminated 8 hours of manual work per month and generated $520K in savings.
